We are committed to ensuring a safe environment for our people and external port users. Health and safety is at the forefront of everything we do. Given the high-risk nature of port operations, it is essential that robust safety processes are integrated into all areas of our business. To ensure everyone’s safety, all port users must adhere to our health, safety and environmental guidelines.
All businesses accessing the port to work are required to apply for an Authority to Work (ATW) access permit. If your business is new to the port or has not been at the port in over six months, please email [email protected].
Once your business has obtained Authority to Work, your personnel are then required to complete the Accessing the Port of Auckland Safety and Wellbeing Site Induction before we can approve the issue of a port access card.
Please click here to complete and submit your online application form.
Renew your induction:
If you are renewing your induction, please click here, log in and click on the 'Renew Your Learning' button to complete the required modules. If you need assistance, please refer to the 'How to renew your online induction' document.
Update your details:
To change your learning profile details, such as the company name or email address, or be re-issued a port access card under another company's name, complete the Port Access Application Form (PAAF) and email it to [email protected].
